As a proud Malaysian, i am proud to bring you the AMAZINGLY UNDENIABLE DELICIOUS teh tarik.Teh Tarik means literally "pulled tea" and it is made by pouring a mixture of black tea,milk and sugar backand forth between two containers until the repetitive motion form a frothy top on it. I did tried to do it once, but i don't haveenough skills to make a delicious teh tarik,what a shame! *laugh*. it is served either hot or iced and its particularly popular for the Malaysian morning breakfast. the other reason i love teh tarik is because my father is addicted to it, and when i am in a restaurant with my father, both of us will order it and it feels so good to share something with my father. there are some mornings when we go out for breakfast and then you will hear someone shouted "teh tarik satu!" along will all those cooking sounds and it feels very Malaysian at that moment.
