Juices, is lovely and of course Delicious. i am thinking to drink more juices and reduce my extra sugar drink, I think all of you should do this too. Juices are healthy of course but make sure the sugar amount is optimum, you don't need to add a lot of sugar though because all the fruit already have the natural glucose. Raise your glass and let's toast for a healthier life and delicious juices so,ENJOY :)
